About.. My approach I work in a relational and integrative way, drawing on established psychological and therapeutic frameworks to support depth, reflection, and meaningful change. Sessions are collaborative and thoughtfully paced, allowing space to notice what is present — emotionally, relationally, and internally — without pressure to arrive at quick solutions. Rather than focusing solely on symptoms or labels, I support clients in understanding the underlying dynamics that shape how they feel, relate, and navigate their lives. This process can support emotional awareness, resilience, and a growing sense of self-trust over time. I've found that insight alone isn't always enough. My work focuses on creating the safety, clarity, and support that allows understanding to turn into real change. What you can expect Therapy with me offers a calm, respectful environment where your experiences are taken seriously and explored at a pace that feels right for you. You do not need to arrive with a clear narrative or defined goal; often clarity emerges gradually through the work itself. I aim to create a space that is thoughtful, containing, and emotionally safe — supporting both insight and integration as the work unfolds. Professional background I am a qualified integrative psychotherapist with over seven years of clinical experience working therapeutically with adults and couples. Prior to this I spent 15 years working in the NHS and Voluntary Sectors supporting children, young adults and families in psychologically informed roles. I work in accordance with professional and ethical standards, with ongoing clinical supervision and continued professional development. Qualifications & Professional Training :- MSc Psychology BA (Hons) Integrative Psychotherapy Foundation Degree (FdA) Person-Centred Psychotherapy NLP (Neuro-Linguistic Programming) Practitioner Human Givens Couples Therapist Level 6 Diploma in Clinical Supervision

  • Supervision | My Site

Clinical Supervision I offer clinical supervision to Counsellors, Psychotherapists, GP's, Nurses and Teachers seeking a reflective, supportive, and ethically grounded space to think about their work. Supervision provides an opportunity to explore clinical material with care and depth, to notice relational dynamics as they arise in the work, and to support your own emotional and professional wellbeing as a practitioner. The emphasis is on thoughtful reflection rather than performance, and on developing confidence that is rooted in awareness rather than certainty. My approach to supervision is Integrated with a person centred foundation that is relational and trauma-informed. I pay attention not only to theory and technique, but also to the emotional, somatic, and relational processes that shape therapeutic work. This includes attending to power, responsibility, attachment dynamics, and the impact of the work on you as a clinician. Supervision sessions are collaborative and thoughtfully paced. They aim to support ethical practice, deepen clinical understanding, and offer a steady, containing space where uncertainty, complexity, and not-knowing are welcome. ~ Model of Supervision I use the Hawkins Seven-Eyed Model of Supervision which integrates relational, reflective, and trauma-informed perspectives. Rather than following a rigid structure, sessions are responsive to what you bring, while holding professional standards, client safety, and your development as a practitioner in mind. The focus includes: Reflective exploration of clinical material Awareness of relational and attachment dynamics Ethical decision-making and professional responsibility Supporting the therapist’s emotional and nervous-system regulation Developing confidence, clarity, and sustainability in practice ~ Practical information & fees Session length: 90 minutes Fee: £60 Student concession: £50 / 90 mins Format: Online/F2F
